Mdti - component spin model on a Cayley tree
نویسنده
چکیده
AMract. A general spin model on the Cayley tree lattice, which includes both the q component Potts and the Ashkin-Teller models, is considered. The free energy in zero field is evaluated in a closed form and found to be analytic in temperature. The model exhibits no long-range order in the sense that the probability of finding two sites far away to be in spin states a and @ is a constant, independent of CY and 8. We also evaluate the susceptibility per site, xR, for a region R in the centre of the lattice, defined to be the summation of the site-site correlations between R and the whole lattice L. For the linear size of R to be any finite fraction of that of L, xR diverges at the Bethe-Peierls temperature@ TBP, while for R = L, xR diverges at temperature(s) different from TBp.

On Some Remarks on the Ising Model with Competing Interactions on a Cayley Tree
In the present paper the Ising model with competing binary J and J1 interactions with spin values ±1, on a Cayley tree is considered. We study translation-invatiant Gibbs measures and corresponding free energies ones.
متن کاملON INHOMOGENEOUS p-ADIC POTTS MODEL ON A CAYLEY TREE
We consider a nearest-neighbor inhomogeneous p-adic Potts (with q ≥ 2 spin values) model on the Cayley tree of order k ≥ 1. The inhomogeneity means that the interaction Jxy couplings depend on nearest-neighbors points x, y of the Cayley tree. We study (p− adic) Gibbs measures of the model. We show that (i) if q / ∈ pN then there is unique Gibbs measure for any k ≥ 1 and ∀Jxy with |Jxy | < p . (...
متن کاملOn Gibbs Measures of P -adic Potts Model on the Cayley Tree
We consider a nearest-neighbor p-adic Potts (with q ≥ 2 spin values and coupling constant J ∈ Qp) model on the Cayley tree of order k ≥ 1. It is proved that a phase transition occurs at k = 2, q ∈ pN and p ≥ 3 (resp. q ∈ 2N, p = 2). It is established that for p-adic Potts model at k ≥ 3 a phase transition may occur only at q ∈ pN if p ≥ 3 and q ∈ 2N if p = 2.

The most common reaction-diffusion model on a Cayley tree with the nearest neighbor interactions is introduced, and the shock measure on a Cayley tree with the nearest interactions is studied. This can be solved through the full-interval method, the evolution equation of the system can be solved exactly in a closed form. The stationary solutions of such models are discussed and the final config...
متن کاملEfficient Classical Simulation of Spin Networks
In general, quantum systems are believed to be exponentially hard to simulate using classical computers. It is in these hard cases where we hope to find quantum algorithms that provide speed up over classical algorithms. In the paradigm of quantum adiabatic computation, instances of spin networks with 2-local interactions could hopefuly efficiently compute certain problems in NP-complete [4]. T...
